The asymptomatic giant renal mass diagnosed due to its metastasis: Case report
Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is one of the most frequent malignancies of the genitourinary tract and has high mortality rates. Ten to fifteen percent of the patients are as- ymptomatic and it is incidentally detected by the imaging methods done for the investigation of other diseases. Metastasis is most frequently to the lungs, bone or liver. In this article, we presented to 64 year-old male patient, who had a retroperitoneal cystic mass reaching up to 18 cm in size according to imaging techniques.
