The determination of mast cell and its secretions (Specifically histamine and nerve growth factor) roles on neuroimmune and endocrine system

Mast cells was described as being have a responsibility and effect in the immune system and in inflammatory reactions, into the nervous system and blood, brain, barrier (BBB) integrity with endocrine system. The ability of mast cells to synthesize and release NGF has a role on maintaining the well-integrate tissue defense mechanism after noxious perturbations. Mast cell via releasing NGF transmit the information to nervous system and may lead an increase in mast cell number in vivo and effect the mast cell survival, differentiation, and mediator release in vitro. Mast cells have been implicated in the some neuroinflammatory conditions, such as multiple sclerosis (MS), and Alzheimer's disease.
