Skolyozda Egzersiz Tedavisi

Skolyoz, omurganın sagittal, koronal ve tranvers düzlemde 3 boyutlu rotasyonel bir deformitesidir (1,2). Hastaların %80 inde etken tam belirlenememiştir. Bu yüzden idiyopatik skolyoz olarak isimlendirilir En sık rastlanan tipi Adölesan idiyopatik skolyozdur (3). Türkiye’de prevalansı % 0,2 ile % 1’dir (4). Skolyozda etyoloji belirsiz olmakla birlikte nörolojik, kemik, travma, eklem ve bağ dokusu kaynaklı olabilir. Sıklığı, % 0,13-13,6 ile arasındadır (5). Skolyozda, vücutta postüral değişikliklerin sebebi omurgada oluşan rotasyon ve açılanmadır. En fazla etkilenen kaslar; abdominal kaslar, toraks, bel ve sırt ekstansörleri etkilenmektedir. Bunların yanında kas iskelet sisteminde deformiteler meydana gelebilir (6).
