Skolyoz Klinik Muayenesi

Skolyoz; omurganın koronal planda eğriliği olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Ayakta çekilen Radyografilerde koronal planda proksimal end vertebranın üst end plağına paralel, diğeri distal end vertebranın alt end plağına paralel olan iki çizginin kesişmesiyle oluşan Cobb açısı eğriliği 10° ve üzeri omurga eğrilikleri skolyoz olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Skolyoz muayenesi, skolyozun şiddetini belirlemek, etyolojiyi aydınlatmak, skolyozun prognozunu tahmin etmek amacıyla detaylı yapılmalı, gereken özen gösterilmelidir.

SCOLIOSIS CLINICAL EXAMINATION

Scoliosis; It is defined as the curvature of the spine in the coronal plane. In standing radiographs, Cobb angle curvature of 10° and above, which is formed by the intersection of two lines parallel to the upper end plate of the proximal end vertebra in the coronal plane and the other parallel to the lower end plate of the distal end vertebra, is considered as scoliosis. Scoliosis examination should be done in detail in order to determine the severity of scoliosis, to clarify the etiology, and to predict the prognosis of scoliosis, and due care should be taken.
