Yanık Yarasında Tamamlayıcı ve Destekleyici Tedavi Uygulamaları: Sistematik Derleme

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı yanık yarasında kullanılan tamamlayıcı ve destekleyici tedavi uygulamalarının etkisini sistematik olarak incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: 2009-2019 yılları arasında EBSCOhost, Pubmed ve Cochrane veri tabanlarında “Burns and medicine and traditional and nursing “, “Burns and complementary and medicine and nursing”, “Burns and complementary and alternative medicine” anahtar kelimeleri taranmıştır. Bulgular: Ulaşılan 379 makaleden dâhil edilme kriterlerine uyan 9 makale çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Sonuç: Yanık yarasının bakımında kullanılan tamamlayıcı ve destekleyici tedavi yöntemlerinin incelendiği bu çalışmada; bal, propolis, zeytinyağı, deniz iğdesi karışımı, olea merhemi ve asetat mafenitin kullanıldığı belirlenmiştir.

Objective: The aim of the study is to systematically examine the effect of complementary and supportive treatment practices used in burn injury.
