KRONİK BÖBREK YETMEZLİĞİ OLAN HASTALARDA MENOMETRORAJİ TEDAVİSİ İÇİN LEVONORGESTREL SALAN İNTRAUTERİN ARAÇ UYGULANMASI OLGU SUNUMU

Anemi, kronik böbrek yetmezliği olan hastalarda en önde gelen problemlerden birisidir. Menometroraji, reprodüktif yaşta kronik böbrek yetmezliği olan kadınlarda sık görülür ve bu durum anemiyi arttırmaktadır. Olgumuza düzensiz kanamalarını azaltmak amacı ile Levonorgestrel salan intrauterin araç uygulandı. 6 ayın sonunda kanamaları azalan hastada anemi için aldığı tedavi değişmediği halde, demir kaybı azaltılarak demir tedavisinin anemiyi efektif olarak düzelttiği gözlendi

Anemia is one of the most important problem in patients with chronic renal failure. In the reproductive years, menometrorrhagia is frequently seen in women who have with chronic renal failure and this aggravates the anemia. Levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine device was inserted to our patient to decrease the irregular uterine bleeding. At the end of six months, eventhough the treatment for anemia altered, with the reduction of iron loss, the anemia was effectively corrected
