KOLOSTOMİ KAPATMA KOMPLİKASYONLARI

SSK İzmirEğitim Hastanesi, 3. Cerrahi Kliniğinde, 1997-2002 yılları arasında kolostomisi kapatılan 24 olgu retrospektif olarak incelendi. Olguların 19’u %79 erkek, 5’i %21 kadın olup yaş ortalaması 57’dir. Olguların 14’ünde %58 intraperitoneal kapatma, 10’unda %42 ekstraperitoneal basit loop kapatma yapıldı. 9 %37,5 olguda posoperatif erken dönemde komplikasyon görüldü. Bu kompilikasyonlar; yara enfeksiyonu 5 %20 , atelektazi 2 %8,3 , anastomoz kaçağı 1 %4,6 ve eventrasyon 1 %4,6 olguda görüldü. Mortalitemiz olmadı

COMPLICATIONS OF COLOSTOMY CLOSURE

In the 3rd Surgery Department of SSK İzmir Education Hospital we performed 24 colostomy closure between 1997 and 2002.19 79% of these patients were male and 5 21% of them were female and the average age was 57. 14 58% of colostomies were closed intraperitoneally and 10 42% cases ekstraperitoneally simple loop closure . We observed at 9 37,5% patients early complications. These complications were 5 wound infections, 2 atelectasis, 1 anastomotic leak and 1 wound dehiscence. We had no mortality related to the complications
