AUTOIMMUN HEMOLYTIC ANEMIA AND GASTRIC ANTRAL VASCULAR ECTASIA SYNDROME UNION IN THE PATIENT WITH GASTROINTESTINAL SYSTEM HEMORRHAGE: A CASE REPORT

Introduction: Gastric antral vascular ectasia is a rare syndrome but seen with high incidence of gastro intestinal bleeding. First of all connective tissue disorders, it is reported that associated with autoimmun disease. Case: In this case we present the patient that when followed due to upper gastrointestinal bleeding, detected GAVE syndrome in endoscopy and autoimmun hemolyticanemia. Conclusion: GAVE syndrome is rare, but it should be noted that GIS bleeding etiology and autoimmune haemolytic anemia can travel.
