TÜRKİYE'DE E-DEVLETİN KAZANIMI

Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin, kamu hizmetleri sunmak, yönetsel etkililiği artırmak, demokratik değerleri ve yapıları geliştirmek, yenilikçiliği ve ülke kalkınmasını desteklemek üzere kamu yönetimi uygulamalarına konu olması, kurumsal gelişimi ve bilgi toplumunu da güçlendirebilir. Kamu yönetiminde, teknoloji, süreçler, toplumsal ve kültürel boyutlar ile yönetim işlevinin etkileşimi değerlendirilebilirse, Türkiyede e-devlet kazanımlarından beklentileri sağlama düzeyi gelişebilir.

Use of information and communication technologies in public administration to provide e-services, increase public management effectiveness, improve democratic values and mechanicm, support innovatiness and socio-economic development could help public organizations development and enhance the knowledge society. The interaction between tecnology, processes, social and cultural aspects, and public management function should be taken into account. In Turkey, e-governmentcould achieve more gains in regard to meeting expectations for efficiency and effectiveness of public organizations .
