REKABET ISTIHBARATI TOPLAMA VE ETIK : BIR ALAN ARASTIRMASI

Öz Rekabet istihbarati toplama, rekabetç i bir avantaj kazanmak ve stratejik gelismeyi kolaylastirmak iç in rekabet bilgisinin toplanmasini kapsamaktadir. Rekabetçi olmak ve isletmenin yasamini sürdürmek iç in, isletmeler rakipler hakkinda stratejik bilgileri etkin bir sekilde toplamak ve kullanmak zorundadirlar. Bununla birlikte, isletmeler günümüzün küresel rekabet ortaminda bu tür bilgileri toplamak iç in bazen etik olmayan istihbarat toplama uygulamalarini gerçeklestirebilmektedirler. Bu çalisma, tepe yöneticilerin rekabet istihbarati toplamadaki etik olmayan uygulamalari, bunlarin sonuçlarini ve olasi etkilerini degerlendirdikleri bir alan arastirmasinin sonuçlarini sunmaktadir. Çalismada ayrica rekabet istihbarati toplamada etik olmayan uygulamalarla birlikte ortaya çikan sorunlar tartisilmakta ve bazi olasi çözümler ve gelecekteki arastirmalar için öneriler sunulmaktadir.
