ÜNİVERSİTE ÖĞRENCİLERİNDE ÖZ-DUYARLIK ÖLÇEĞİ KISA FORMUNUN PSİKOMETRİK ÖZELLİKLERİNE İLİŞKİN BİR ÇALIŞMA
Öz-duyarlık kişinin kendisine duyduğu anlayışın ve şefkatin derecesini ifadeetmektedir. Pozitif psikoloji ve bilinçli farkındalık alan yazınında önemli yeresahip olan öz-duyarlığın ruh sağlığı açısından koruyucu bir faktör olduğubilinmektedir. Bu çalışma üniversite öğrencilerinde Öz-Duyarlık Ölçeği KısaFormunun psikometrik özelliklerini incelemek amacıyla planlanmıştır. Toplam163 üniversite öğrencisinin yer aldığı çalışmada, katılımcılara Türkçe’yeuyarlanan Öz-Duyarlık Ölçeği Kısa Formu ve Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeğiuygulanmıştır. Test-tekrar test güvenirliğini sınayabilmek için Öz-DuyarlıkÖlçeği Kısa Formu aynı öğrencilere iki hafta sonra bir kez daha uygulanmıştır.Bu ön çalışmada Öz-Duyarlık Ölçeği Kısa Formunun yapı geçerliği, ölçütbağıntılı geçerliği, iç tutarlığı ve test-tekrar test güvenirliği incelenmiştir.Verilerin analizinde doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, iç tutarlık, Pearson momentlerçarpımı korelasyonu ve sınıfiçi korelasyonu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlaraltı faktörlü ölçeğin yapı geçerliğine sahip olduğuna işaret etmektedir. Ölçekpuanlarının benlik saygısıyla pozitif ilişki içinde olduğu bulunduğundan, ölçütbağıntılı geçerliği destekleyen birtakım ön bulgular elde edildiği söylenebilir.Ölçeğin güvenirliğine dair bulguların ise sınırlı olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarakÖz-Duyarlık Ölçeği Kısa Formunun üniversite öğrencilerinde kullanıma uygunpsikometrik özellikler taşıdığı, ancak farklı popülasyonlarda kullanılmadan öncegeçerlik ve güvenirliğinin tekrar sınanması gerektiği bulunmuştur.
