AKADEMİK PERSONELİN SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR ÇEVRE EĞİTİMİNE YÖNELİK DAVRANIŞ DÜZEYİ

Çalışma, akademik personelin sürdürülebilir çevre eğitimine ilişkin davranış düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, 649 veri elde edilmiş ve verilerin çözümlenmesinde standart sapma, aritmetik ortalama ve non-parametrik analizlerden Kruskal Wallis ve Mann Whitney-U testi analiz teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; cinsiyet değişkeni açısından kadın; yaş değişkeni açısından 41-50 yaş aralığında olan akademik personelin; diğer gruptakilere oranla ve unvan değişkeni açısından ise Yrd. Doç. Dr unvanına sahip akademik personelin Araştırma Görevlisi unvanına sahip akademik personele oranla daha yüksek düzeyde olumlu davranış gösterdikleri tespit edilmiştir.

THE BEHAVIOUR LEVEL OF ACADEMIC STAFF TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION

The purpose of the study is to define behavıour level of academıc staff towards sustaınable envıronmental educatıon. With the aim of collecting data Behaviour Scale Towards Sustainable Environmental Education which is consit of 29 -item was applied. For applying the scale it is aimed to reach all of the universe , but according to the feedback 649 data was obtained. In the process of analysing data t-test and variance analysis technique were used. As a result according to data analsys, women teaching staffs have contributed more bahaviours towards sustainable environmental education than men faculty members and faculty members with an age range of 41 to 50 show significantly different behaviors towards sustainable environmental education than other age groups. The other result of the study is faculty members who ar assistant professor show significantly different behaviors towards sustainable environmental education than research assistans.
