Bu çalışmanın amacı, elçileri görevlendiren makamla elçiler arasındaki münasebetin sadece tebliğ misyonuyla sınırlı olmayıp, görevlerinin daha fonksiyonel bir yapıya sahip olduğuna vurgu yapmak, böylece Allah elçilerinin konumlarının daha iyi anlaşılmasına bir nebze katkı sunmaktır.
