Bireysel ahlak ile toplumsal ahlak arasında kopmaz bir bağ vardır. Bireysel ahlakı oluşturan enönemli unsur da dindir. Din ile toplum arasındaki ilişkide tutarsızlık, ahlaksızlığa ya da kötü ahlak örneklerineneden olacaktır. Tarih boyunca yakınılan bu konu, kelâm açısından da önemlidir. Bu çalışmamızdaahlak ile kelamî anlamda ilim arasındaki bağa değinmeye çalıştık. Hareket noktamız ise bubağın oluşturduğu düal yapının toplumsal ahlaka tesirleri olmuştur. Buradaki tesir toplumsal değişmemeselesini gündeme getirmiştir. Bu konuyu da sosyolojik ya da felsefî yönünden evvel kelamcılar nezdindeele almaya çalışacağız. Bu yaklaşım, çalışmamızın bu konudaki diğer çalışmalardan farkını göstermektedir.Çalışmamızda ayrıca konunun anlaşılması açısından kötüden iyiye gitme anlamında,Kur’an’ın çizdiği “toplumsal değişme” kavramına, bazı kelamcıların nasıl yaklaştığını değerlendireceğiz.

There is an unbreakable bond between social morality and personal morality. Religion is the mostimportant elements of personal morality. Inconsistencies in the relationship between religion and society,will lead to immorality or bad moral example. This issue, which burned throughout history, it is importantin terms of kalam. In this study, we try to point out the link between moralty and science theologicalsense. Our starting point has been the impact of social moralty natural structure formed this bond. Hereinfluence of social change has brought the issue to the agenda. This issue is also before the sociologicalor philosophical direction we will try to address in terms of theologians. This approach, our study showsthat different from other studies on this subject. In addition to this, we will evaluate how the approachof some theologians the Quran drew “social change” concept in the sense of going to the good from thebad in terms of understanding the issues.
