ORTALAMA YARGILAMA SÜRESİ KESTİRİMİNDE YENİ YÖNTEM ÖNERİLERİBu çalışmada ortalama yargılama süresi kestirimi için iki yeni yöntem önerilmekte, bu yöntemler aracılığıyla çeşitli mahkeme türlerine ilişkin ortalama yargılama süresi kestirimleri yapılmakta ve bir iyileştirme elde edilip edilmediğini anlayabilmek için bu kestirimler geçmişte önerilmiş yöntemler aracılığıyla elde edilen kestirimlerle karşılaştırılmaktadır. Görülmektedir ki eski ve yeni yöntemlere ilişkin kestirimler arasında küçük farklar vardır. Bu farklar yeni yöntemlerin en önemli özelliği olarak değerlendirilmemelidir; çünkü yeni yöntemlerin en önemli özelliği kestirim hataları konusunda bilgi sağlayabilmeleridir. Anahtar Sözcükler: Ortalama Yargılama Süresi, Kestirim, Kestirim Hatası.   Suggestions for New Methods in Estimating of Average Time of Trial In this study, two new methods are suggested for estimation of average time of trial, by way of these methods the average times of trial for various types of courts have been estimated and in order to understand whether any improvement gained, these estimations have been compared with the estimations obtained by the methods suggested in the past. It has been seen that there are small differences between the estimations by the old and new methods. These differences should not be evaluated as the most important feature of the new methods because the most important feature of the new methods is that they supply information about the errors of estimation.
