Şehirlerle ilgili yapılan çalışmalar hem o şehrin tarihi hem de içinde bulunduğu ülkenin tarihine katkı sağlayan çalışmalardır. Bu çalışma, Osmanlı döneminde doğmuş ve Çorumlu olduğu, Edebiyat tarihimizin en önemli kaynaklarından birisi olan Şuarâ Tezkirelerince belirtilen dîvân şairlerimizi tespit ederek bilgi veren bir araştırmadır. Bu yazıyla hem Çorum ilimizin, hem de ülkemizin kültür tarihine bir nebze olsun katkı sağlamak hedeflenmiştir

Studies on cities are works that contribute to the history of both that city and the respective country. This article is a research which establishes and reports about our divan poets who are recorded in the poet logs – which are one of the most important sources of our history of literature – to be born in the Ottoman Period and to come from Corum. This article aims at contributing to the cultural history of both Corum and our of our country.
