Keçilerde yapılan moleküler filogenetik çalışmalar

Evcil keçiler (Capra hircus ), yaklaşık 10.000 yıl önce Neolitik devirde Yakın Doğudaki FertileCrescent bölgesinde evcilleştirilmiş ve bugün Dünyanın bütün kıtalarına yayılmıştır. Keçiler, etinden, sütünden, lifinden ve derisinden yararlanılan önemli çiftlik hayvanlarıdır. Çiftlikhayvanları üzerinde yapılan filogenetik çalışmalarda mitokondriyal DNA moleküler belirteç olarakkullanılmaktadır. Son zamanlarda, keçilerde yapılan moleküler filogenetik çalışmalarda A, B1, B2,C, D, F ve G olmak üzere 6 mitokondriyal haplogrup tanımlanmıştır. Soy A, en çeşitli olanıdır vetüm kıtalara yayılmıştır. Bu derlemede, keçilerde yapılan moleküler filogenetik çalışmalarhakkında bilgi verilmiştir.

Molecular phylogenetic studies in goats

Domestic goats ( Capra hircus ) were domesticated in the Fertile Crescent in the Near East in theNeolithic period about 10.000 years ago, and has spread to all continents in the world today. Goatsare an important livestock used for meat, milk, wool and leather. Mitochondrial DNA is used asmolecular markers in phylogenetic studies in livestock. Recently, in molecular phylogeneticstudies, six divergent mitochondrial haplogroups were identified as A, B1, B2, C, D, F and G ingoats. The haplogroup A is predominant and widely distributed across all continents. In thisreview, the information presented about the molecular phylogenetic studies in goats.
