Gıdalarda bulunan toksik maddeler akut ve kronik etkileri ile insan sağlığı açısından tehlike oluşturmaktadır. Çevre kirliliği ve teknolojik gelişmelerin neden olduğu bu koşulların bir an evvel iyileştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu derlemede, gıdalarda bulunan toksik maddeler, yarattığı sorunlar ve beklentiler verilmeye çalışılmıştır.

The toxic materials having acute or chronic toxicity in food cause the risk for public health. It is strongly suggested to improve the conditions for the technology and enviromental pollution. In this review, the toxic materials in food, problems and expectations has been given.
