Kalp hastalıkları gebelikte anne ve bebek mortalite ve morbiditesinin önemli bir nedenidir. Pulmoner darlık sık görülen bir konjenital kapak hastalığıdır ve iyi huylu seyri ile olgular genelde doğurganlık çağına kadar erişebilir. Mevcut vaka takdimi ile sekizinci gebeliğinde başvuran ileri pulmoner darlık olgusunu sunmayı amaçladık

Severe pulmonary stenosis case admitting during 8th pregnancy Cardiovascular diseases are important causes of maternal and fetal mortality and morbidity during pregnancy. Pulmonary stenosis is a frequent congenital heart valve disease and cases of pulmonary stenosis generally reach to childbearing age due to benign course. With the present case report we aimed to present a severe pulmonary stenosis case admitting during the 8th pregnancy
