Flew’un enelektüel biyografisi ve görüş değiştirmesine yol açan gelişmeler sunulduktan sonra, bilimsel bulguları değerlendirmenin öncelikle filozofların işi olduğu vurgulanacaktır. As the veteran defender of atheism, the announcement of Antony Flew his belief in deism has caused a new debate about science-religion conflict. This article will argue for a new look at this relationship within the effects of these new developments. Having presented the entellectual biography of Flew briefly and the effects of his change of sides, it will be argued that the interpretation of scientific data is the job of the philosophers not of scientists. To be able to revive properly this old-age duty of philosophy, I will argue that the philosophers of religion should adopt a pro-active approach rather than a pro-passive one
