ETKİN DEVLET VE TÜRKİYE

Bu çalışmada etkin devlet yaklaşımı ve Türkiye’de etkin devlete ulaşabilmek için yapılması gerekenler incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda Türkiye’de devletin asli fonksiyonlarına odaklanılması ve yönetimde katılımcı, rekabetçi, şeffaf, ademi merkeziyetçi, etkin kurallar ve kısıtlamalara sahip bir yapının oluşturulması kaçınılmaz görülmektedir.

Efficient State and Turkey

In this study, the concept of efficient state is examined, and how an efficient state in Turkey can be achieved is discussed. In this context, it is concluded that, in Turkey, state should focus on its fundamental functions and create an environment open to participation, competitive, transparent and decentralized public administration which has effective rules and constraints.
