Lise Son Sınıf Öğrencilerinin Mesleğe Karar Verme Öz-Yeterliliklerini Yordama da Mükemmeliyetçilik Özelliklerinin Rolü

Bu araştırma lise son sınıf öğrencilerinin mesleğe karar verme özyeterliliklerini yordamada çok boyutlu mükemmeliyetçilik özelliklerinin rolünü belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Trabzon il merkezinde, Akçaabat ve Yomra ilçelerinde bulunan üç okul türünde (Genel Lise, Anadolu Lisesi ve Fen Lisesi) halen öğrenimlerine devam etmekte olan 302 lise son sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Bu öğrencilerin 139'u kız (%46) ve 163'ü erkek (%54) dir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Demografik Bilgi Formunun yanında Mesleğe Karar Verme Özyeterliliği Ölçeği ve Çok Boyutlu Mükemmeliyetçilik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin analizi için Çoklu regresyon analizi ve Pearson momentler çarpımı korelasyon katsayısı tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada ortaya çıkan bulgulara göre, lise son sınıf öğrencilerinin çok boyutlu mükemmeliyetçilik özelliklerinden "Düzen" ve "Kişisel Standartlar Belirleme" alt boyutlarının mesleğe karar verme öz-yeterliklerini anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı belirlenmiştir. Bulgular literatür ışığında tartışılmış ve ortaya çıkan sonuçlar doğrultusunda öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

The Role of Perfectiıonalism in Predicting Career Decision Efficacy on Senior Students

This study aims to investigate the relationship between multidimensional perfectionism in predicting career decision making self- efficacy among high school seniors. The sample of the study consisted of 302 students from three different schools in Trabzon city center, Akçaabat and Yomra disctricts (General High School, Anatolian High School and Science High School). The distrubution of students by gender is in the form of 139 girls (46%) and 163 boys (64%). A demographic data form prepared by the researcher, Career Decision Making Self- Efficacy Scale and Multidimensinal Perfectionsim Scale were used to collect the data. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Findings of this study showed that, multidimensional perfectionism' subdimensions "Organization" and "Personal Standarts" were found to be significant predictors of career decision making selfefficacy in significant levels among senior high school students. These results were discussed in light of relevant literature and some new direction were given to the further studies.
