YETENEK YÖNETİMİ İLE ÖRGÜT KÜLTÜRÜ İLİŞKİSİNDE DUYGUSAL ZEKÂ LİDERLİĞİNİN VE PSİKOLOJİK SÖZLEŞMENİN ARACI ROLÜ

Hastanelerde çalışan sağlık ve idari personelinin örgüt kültürü ve yetenek yönetimi davranışlarının birbirleri ile olan ilişkilerini inceleyerek duygusal zekâ liderliği ve psikolojik sözleşmenin bu ilişkideki aracı rolünü analiz etmektir. Araştırma, Giresun’da rastgele örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenmiş olan kamu hastanelerinde yapılmıştır. Veri toplama araçları olarak; Örgüt kültürü için Denison ve Mishra (1995) tarafından geliştirilen ve Yahyagil (2004) tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan ölçek; yetenek yönetimi için Anne-Marguerite Oehley (2007) tarafından geliştirilen ve araştırmacı tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan ölçek; duygusal zekâ liderliği için Palmer, Stough, Harmer ve Gignac (2009) tarafından geliştirilen ve araştırmacı tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan ölçek ve son olarak psikolojik sözleşme için Rousseau (2000) tarafından geliştirilen ve Topçu (2015) tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan ölçek kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri SPSS 16.0 programıyla tanımlayıcı istatistikler; AMOS 20.0 programıyla yapısal eşitlik modeli ve path (yol) analizi uygulanmıştır. Katılımcıların % 43,6 ile 28-35 yaş aralığında, % 38'inin lisans eğitimine sahip, % 37,6’sının hemşire ve %49’unun evli olduğu bulunmuştur. Yöneticiler ile yapılan görüşme sıklığına ise, katılımcıların %46,6'sı “Birkaç kez” cevabını vermiştir. Yetenek yönetimi ile örgüt kültürü arasında pozitif yönlü ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur.
