Göz ve Endokrinoloji

Göz vücudun penceresidir ve birçok sistemik hastal›¤›n ilk bulgusu veya sonuçlar› göz muayenesinde karfl›m›za ç›kabilir. Hormonlardaki fizyolojik de¤ifliklikler, baflka nedenle kullan›lan hormon tedavileri ve endokrin hastal›klar gözde baz› de¤iflikliklere neden olur. Bu yaz›da göz ve endokrin sistem aras›ndaki bu etkileflim özetlenecektir.

Göz ve Endokrinoloji

The eye is the window of the body and the initial finding or consequences of a systemic disease may first appear during an eye examination. The physiological changes in the hormones, hormone therapy for various reasons, and endocrine diseases cause some alterations in the eye. The interaction between the eye and the endocrine system will be summarized in this paper.
