Ameliyathane Hemşirelerinin Vücut Postürleri ve İlişkili Faktörler

Amaç: Bu çalışma, ameliyathane hemşirelerinin vücut postürleri ile demografik ve mesleki bilgileri arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak gerçekleştirildi.Gereç-Yöntem: Kesitsel tipteki çalışmanın örneklemini, Dr. Sadi Konuk Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Ameliyathane Birimi’nde görev yapan 81 hemşire oluşturdu. Araştırmacı tarafından literatür doğrultusunda oluşturulan bilgi formu ve Hızlı Vücut Değerlendirme Kontrol Listesi (Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) ile toplanan veriler, SPSS. 19 (IBMM SPSS Statistics 19) programında; t test, Pearson korelasyon ve çoklu analizler kullanılarak değerlendirildiSonuçlar:  Çalışma sonucu REBA puanı 6.9; orta düzeyde risk grubu olarak değerlendirildi. Vücut postürü ile cinsiyet, yaş, çalışma yılı, çalışılan ameliyathanenin türü arasında istatistiki anlamlılık olduğu görüldü. Ameliyathane hemşirelerinin, vücut postürleri açısından risk taşıdığı, bu nedenle eğitim ve destek almaları gereği önerildi. AnahtarKelimeler: Ameliyathane hemşireliği, postür, ilişkili faktörler.
