Ankara’daki bir kamu sektörü, diğeri özel sektöre ait iki ayrı süt işletmesine gelen çiğ sütlerden toplam 335 örnek antibiyotik varlığı yönünden incelenmiştir. Çiğ süt örneklerine test organizması olarak Streptococcus thermophilus’un kullanıldığı TTC testi uygulanmıştır. Kamu sektörüne ait süt işletmesinden incelemeye alınan süt örneklerinin %6.04’ünün değişik düzeydeki penisilin içerdiği saptanmıştır. Örneklerin hiçbirisinde penisilin dışında diğer bir inhibitör madde varlığı saptanamamıştır. Özel sektöre ait süt işletmesinden incelemeye alınan süt örneklerinden %14.38’nin penisilin, %1.31’inin ise penisilin dışında diğer bir inhibitör madde içerdiği ortaya konulmuştur.

In this study, 335 raw milk samples of the two dairy plants in Ankara were tested for antibiotics by the TTC test. The test organism was Streptococcus thermophilus. Penicillin was detected in 6.04% of samples from the state dairy plant. All the samples were free from other inhibitory substances. Penicillin was found in 14.38% of samples from the private dairy plant. The percentage of samples containing other inhibitory substances was only 1.31%.
