Tunçbilek güney panoları dekapaj atıklarından yapı tuğlası üretimi

Bu çalışmada Garp Linyitleri İşletmesi (GLİ) Tunçbilek Açık ocak güney panosu dekapaj atığı gri marnın, tuğla endüstrisinde hammadde olarak kullanım imkanları araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, kazı anında aynadan alınan marn (yeni marn) ve iki yıl önce atık harmanına atılan ve doğal şartların etkisiyle bozuşmuş marn (eski marn) malzemeleri kullanılmıştır. Bu malzemeler önce 1 mm altına öğütülmüş, daha sonra üç farklı basınçta sıkıştırılmış ve dört ayrı sıcaklıkta pişirilmiştir. Bu yolla elde edilen bu tuğla numuneleri, standart tuğla testlerine tabi tutulmuş ve sonuçlar özetlenmiştir.

Production of brick from the spoil heaps of Tunçbilek south panel

In this study, the possible use of gray-marl, which has been stockpiled from the South Panel of Tunçbilek open pit mines, in the brick industry as raw material has been searched. For this purpose, newly excavated marl and the marl which was stocked in the spoil heaps two years ago and has been under weathering conditions ever since were used. Samples taken were first ground under 1mm and then compressed with three different load. These samples were finally prepared being sintered under four different levels of temperature. The bricks obtained by this procedure were then tested according to the standart brick test methods. Consequently, the results are summarized in the study.
