Bu çalışmada Eynez II kömür damarının rezerv tahmini, klasik yöntemler olan Kesit alma ve Poligon metodu, Jeoistatistiksel yöntem olan Kriging metodu ile yapılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar birbiri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Kesit alma yöntemi ile yapılan rezerv tahmininin Jeoistatistik yöntem ile tahmin edilen rezerv miktarına göre fazla, poligon yönteminin ise az tahmin ettiği görülmüştür. Ayrıca sahada oluşturulan 39 blokun kalorifik değerleri de Kriging yöntemi ile tahmin edilmiştir.

In this study, the coal reserves of Eynez II coal seam were estimated with the classical methods, Cross-section and Polygonal, and Geostatistical method -Kriging and the results obtained were compared . It was found that, the estimated coal reserve with the cross-sectional method is overestimated, the reserve estimated with the polygonal method is underestimated about the geostatistical method. Also, the calorific values of 39 blocks were estimated with the Kriging method.
