Criteria for use of iron ores in blast furnaces

Bu çalışmada, bazı fiili tesis sonuçları kullanılarak, Flint'in Efektif Karbon Oranı formülü yardımıyla demir cevherlerinin kalite parametreleri üzerinden yüksek fırın için uygunluğu ve kullanılabilirliği araştırılmıştır. Benzer şekilde bu cevherlerin sinterlenerek kullanımı da incelenmiş ve son olarak cevherin tek başına parça veya sinterlenmiş olarak kullanımı yerine üçlü karışımda, parça cevher+sinter+pellet olarak uygunluğu araştırılmıştır.

Yüksek fırında demir cevherlerinin kullanılma kriterleri

In this study, the usage and suitability of individual iron ores depending on their quality parameter have been investigated theoretically by the application of Flint's effective carbon rate formula to some actual plant operating conditions. Similarly, sintering of these ores was also studied and finally suitability was assessed as a triple mixture of lump ore + pellet + sinter instead of lump ore sintered material only.
