Saç-iplik turnike sendromu

Saç-iplik turnike sendromu, el veya ayak parmakları, nadiren penis veya klitorise saç veya iplik dolanması sonucunda dolaşım bozukluğuna yol açan, sanıldığından daha sık görülen bir sendromdur. Bu yazıda, sağ ayak parmağında saç kılı dolanması sonucu kızarıklık ve şişlik fark edilerek kliniğimize başvuran, nekroz gelişmeden başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilmiş dört aylık kız olgu sunmaktayız.

Hair-thread tourniquet syndrome

Hair-thread tourniquet syndrome, which is caused by wrapping of fibers of hair or thread resulting in circulatory disturbance in finger or toe, rarely in penis or clitoris is more common than it has been supposed to be. In this article, we present four months old girl, who has been consulted to our clinic due to redness and swelling in her right toe which has been caused by wrapping of hair fiber, that is treated succesfully before the tissue necrosis occurs
