Psoriasiste ailesel tutulum

Amaç: Psoriasisin esas nedeni bilinmiyor. Yüksek ailesel tutulum etyolojide genetik faktörleri düşündürmektedir. Yöntem :Psoriasisli 48 hasta çalışmaya alındı. Psoriasisli hastalarda ailesel tutulum araştırıldı. Bulgular :Ailesel tutulum %16.66 oranında bulundu. Sonuç :Psoriatik hastalarda ailesel çalışmalar psoriasisin ailesel tutulum gösterebildiğine işaret etmektedir. Analiz sonuçları psoriasisin multifaktorial kalıtım gösterdiğini düşündürmektedir. Psoriasisin genetik geçişi resessif özellikle uyuşmaktadır

The familial occurence of psoriasis

Objective : The basic cause of psoriasis is unknown. The high familial occurrence of psoriasis suggests that genetic factors play a role in the etiology of this disorder. Methods : 48 patients with psoriasis were included in the study. It was studied the familial occurrence in the patients with psoriasis. Results :The rate of the patients with family was %16.66. Conclusion :Familial studies of psoriatic patients have shown a familial aggregation of psoriasis. The results of the analysis suggest multifactorial inheritance of psoriasis vulgaris. The gene of psoriasis was coincided with the recessive hereditary mode.
