Egzersizin üriner kalsiyum ve fosfor atılımına etkisi

Amaç: Bu çalışma akut egzersizin üriner kalsiyum ve fosfor atılımı üzerine etkili olup olmadığını araştırmak amacıyla planlandı. Yöntem: 41 erkekte üriner kalsiyum ve fosfor atılımı araştırıldı. Bunların 18’i erişkin (yaş 20.9± 2.5 yıl) 23’ü çocuk (yaş 8.5± 0.6 yıl) idi.

Changes in urinary calcium and phosphorus concentrations with exercises

Objective: This study was performed in order to investigate whether exercises exert an effect on urinary calcium and phosphorus excretion. Methods: 41 male were included in the study. 18 of them were adults aged 20.9± 2.5 yrs and 23 of them were children aged 8.5± 0.6 yrs. Urine samples were obtained from the subjects two hours before the physical exercise. One hour after resting period following exercises, urine samples were collected and urinary calcium and phosphorus concentrations were determined. Results: We found an increase in the levels of urinary calcium of adults while there was no significant difference in the levels of urinary phosphorus of the subjects. There was also no statistically significant difference in the urinary calcium and phosphorus concentrations of the children. Conclusion: Urinary calcium excretion of the adult males increased after exercise.
