HIV-negatif Kaposi sarkomu

Amaç: Nadir görülen HIV- negatif Kaposi sarkomunun ve eşlik eden lezyonların tanımlanması amaçlanmıştır. Olgu sunumu: 65 yaşındaki bir erkek hastada Kaposi sarkomunun deri lezyonları ve lenfödem ortaya çıktı. Hastada sağ bacak, sol el bileği ve alında kahverengi-siyah renkli ağrısız papül şeklinde birbiriyle birleşik lezyonlar mevcuttu. Sonuç: Kaposi sarkomu nadir bir karsinom türüdür. Bu çalışmada Kaposi sarkomu ve literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.

HIV-negative Kaposi's sarcoma: A case report

Objective: It was aimed to report a rarely seen HIV- negative Kaposi’s sarcoma and associated lesions. Case report: A 65-year-old male patient developed skin lesions of Kaposi’s sarcoma and lymphoedema. The patient had large areas of confluent, violaceous or brown-black painless papules on the right leg and the left wrist and the forehead. Conclusion: Kaposi’s sarcoma is a rare form of carsinoma. In the present article, we summarize the Kaposi’s sarcoma and review the literature.
