Deneysel diyabet oluşturulması ve kan şeker seviyesinin ölçülmesi

Amaç: Deneysel diyabet oluşturulması ve kan şekeri ölçümü hakkında bilgi verilmesi amaçlandı. Ana Bulgular: İlaç araştırmalarının günümüz sağlık sektöründeki yeri ve önemi açıktır. İlaç araştırmalarının bir parçası olan deney hayvanları ve bunlara uygulanan testler günümüze kadar önemli aşamalar kaydetmiştir. Tedavide önemli bir yeri olan antidiyabetik ilaçların deney hayvanları üzerinde araştırılması ve kullanılan yöntemler deneysel farmakolojinin güncel konuları arasındadır. Sonuç: Bu makalede deney hayvanları üzerinde deneysel diyabet oluşturulması ve kan şekeri seviyesinin ölçümü hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.

Carried out of experimental diabetes and the measurement of glycemic activity

Objective: It was aimed to provide information about models of experimental diabetes and the methods of measuring blood glucose levels. Main findings: Drug investigations have a pivotal role in today’s health care system. A fundamental part of these efforts, the animal studies and the applied tests have been greatly improved in the past years. Animal experiments with anti-diabetic drugs and the investigational methods are now among popular subjects in experimental pharmacology. Conclusion: In this article, the methods of experimental diabetes in experimental animals and measurement of blood glucose levels were described.
