Amatör ve profesyonel futbolcuların alt ekstremite yaralanmalarının araştırılması

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, amatör ve profesyonel futbolcuların alt ekstremitelerdeki yaralanmaların tespit edilmesi ve yaralanma bölgeleri arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılmasıdır. Yöntem: Bu araştırma, 2005/2006 futbol sezonunun bitiminde 96 amatör ve 98 profesyonel futbolcu üzerinde yaralanmaları sorgulayan ayrı bir anket formu ile yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmada tespit edilen alt ekstremite yaralanmalarının çoğunluğu % 16,6 ile burkulma, % 15,7 ile tendon-bağ zedelenmesi ve % 12,6 oranı ile kas ezilmesi olduğu bulunmuştur. Amatör futbolcularda burkulmalar % 17,1 ile birinci, kırıklar % 15,5 ile ikinci sırada, profesyonel futbolcularda ise tendon- bağ zedelenmesi % 19,0 ile ilk sırada ve onu burkulma, kas ezilmesi ve kas çekmesi izlemiştir. Alt ekstremite yaralanmalarının yıllık oranı toplamda futbolcu başına 4,57 iken amatör futbolcularda 5,16 ve profesyonel futbolcularda 3,98 bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Amatör ve profesyonel futbolcuların genellikle alt ekstremite yaralanmalarına maruz kaldıkları; bunların da burkulmalar, gerilmeler, zedelenmeler, kontüzyonlar şeklinde görüldüğü, çoğunlukla müsabaka esnasında oluştuğu ve amatör futbolcuların profesyonel futbolculardan daha fazla alt ekstremite yaralanmalarına maruz kaldıkları söylenebilir.

Searching of lower extremity injuries of amateur and professional soccer players

Objective: The purpose of this investigation was to fix injuries of lower extremities of amateur and professional soccer players and to investigate relation of between injuries area. Methods: This investigation was constructed over the 96 amateur and 98 professional soccer players at the end of 2005-2006 football season with another questionnaire which was examination of injuries. Results: Findings in this investigation that many lower extremity injuries were 16.6% sprains, 15.7% tendon-connective tissue injuries and 12.5% muscle damages. Amateur soccer players’ strains were first level with 17.1% and their fractures were second level with 15.5%. Professional soccer players’ tendon-connective tissue injuries were first level with 19.0% and followed up this sequence were sprain, muscle damage and muscle strain. Annual ratio of lower extremity injuries were found that totally for each soccer players was 4.57, for amateur soccer players were 5.16 and for Professional soccer players were 3.98. Conclusion: It can be said that, amateur and professional soccer players were exposed to many lower extremity injuries; amateur soccer players were exposed to many lower extremity injuries than the professional soccer players; those injuries were sprains, tensiles, strains, contusions and they were occurred mostly in the course of competitions.
