Bu çalışmanın amacı çalışanların iş memnuniyeti, iş stresi ve ergonomik koşullarını incelemektir. Çalışmanın amacını gerçekleştirmek üzere tasarlanan araştırma, demir-çelik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmede 80 adet çalışan üzerinde anket yöntemi ile uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan anket üzerinde faktör analizi uygulanarak üç faktör elde edilmiş ve bu faktörler “Yönetim ve Organizasyon”, “İş Güvenliği ve Ergonomik Koşullar” ve “İş Stresi ve Motivasyon” olarak adlandırılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre çalışanların en çok memnun oldukları faktör “Yönetim ve Organizasyon” faktörü iken, en az memnun oldukları faktör ise “İş Güvenliği ve Ergonomik Koşullar”dır.

The purpose of this research is to investigate job satisfaction, job stress and ergonomic conditions of employees at their work place. To accomplish this work, the research was designed to use a survey method on 80 employees working at an organization operating as an iron and steel plant. The questionnaire data by applying factor analysis factor of three is obtained and these factors are called to as "Management and Organization", "Job Safety and Ergonomic Conditions" and "Job Stress and Motivation". According to the results, the employees are most satisfied on “Management and Organization” factor, whereas they are least satisfied on “Job Safety and Ergonomic Conditions” factor.
