Cinsel Kompülsiyon Ölçeği'nin Uyarlanması

Araştırmanın amacı, Ballester-Arnal, Gomez-Martinez, Llario & Salmeron-Sanchez (2013) tarafından geliştirilen Cinsel Kompülsiyon Ölçeğini Türkçeye uyarlamaktır. Araştırma 283 üniversite öğrencisi üzerinde yapılmıştır. Uyarlama çalışmasında ölçeğin geçerliğini incelemek için doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılarak yapı geçerliği incelenmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirliğini belirlemek için ise Cronbach Alfa formülü ve madde analizi için düzeltilmiş madde-test korelasyonu kullanılmıştır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde iki boyutlu modelin uyum indekslerinin (X²= 95.82, SD= 34, RMSEA= .082, GFI= .93, CFI= .96 ve SRMR= .04) kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğu bulunmuştur. Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlılık güvenirlik katsayıları, cinsel davranışlara yoğunlaşma alt ölçeği için .72, cinsel dürtüleri kontrolde başarısızlık alt ölçeği için .90, ölçeğin bütünü için .89 olarak bulunmuştur. Madde analizi için incelenen düzeltilmiş madde-test korelasyonlarının ise .35 ile .82 arasında sıralandığı görülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlar genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde Cinsel Kompülsiyon Ölçeği'nin Türkçe versiyonunun geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılabilir

Sexual Compulsivity Scales' Adaptation

The aim of this research is to examine validity and reliability of Turkish version of Sexual Compulsivity Scale, developed by Ballester-Arnal et al. (2013). Data for this research collected from 283 university students. For structure validity of the scale, confirmatory factor analysis was done. The reliability of the scale was examined with internal consistency method. Confirmatory factor analysis provided a good fit to the data (X²= 95.82, DF= 34, RMSEA= .082, GFI= .93, CFI= .96, and SRMR= .04). The internal consistency coefficients of two subscales were found .72 for interference of sexual behavior, .90 for failure to control sexual impulses, and .89 for total scale.
