Betonarme duvar kalıpların üç boyutlu parametrik tasarımı

Bu araştırmada, AutoLISP programlama dili kullanılarak betonarme duvar kalıplarının üç boyutlu katı modelini otomatik olarak çizdirebilen bir bilgisayar programı hazırlanmıştır. Burada kalıbın boyu, yüksekliği, kalınlığı, kalıpta kullanılan dikme, kuşak ve payanda elemanlarının özellikleri kullanıcı tarafından değiştirebilmektedir. Ayrıca kalıp tasarımının en önemli ölçütü olan beton yanal basıncın hesaplanmasında ACI 347r–03, CIRIA Report 108 ve DIN 18218’e göre hesap yöntemleri tercih edilmiştir. Hazırlanan program kalıp eleman kesitlerinin uygunluğu ve üç boyutlu kalıp planlarının çizdirilmesi gibi işlemleri gerçekleştirebilmektedir. Yapılan testlerde, düşük beton döküm hızlarında ACI 347r–03, yüksek beton döküm hızlarında ise DIN 18218 hesap yöntemleri kullanılması, tasarım ve maliyet açısından uygun görünmüştür.

Three dimensional parametric desing of reinforced concrete wall formworks

In this study, a computer program that can automatically draw the 3D solid model of the formwork of reinforced concrete wall was developed by using AutoLISP software program. The length, height and thickness of the formwork and the properties of studs, wales and brace which are used in the formwork can be changed by the user. ACI 347r-03, CIRIA Report 108, and DIN 18218 calculation models were preferred for the computation of lateral pressure of concrete which is the most important criterion in the design of formwork. This program can execute processes such as controlling the convenience of formwork elements dimensions, and drawing the 3D formwork plans. ACI 347r-03 calculation model were approved for low speed concrete pouring, and DIN 18218 calculation model were approved for high speed concrete pouring in terms of design and cost, according to the results of performed tests.
