Yozgat Şer\'iyye Sicilleri içinde yer alan Kassam defterleri, Türk tarihi ve kültürü açısından önemli bir malzeme unsurudur. Bu bağlamda Yozgat tarihi ve kültürü en canlı şekilde bu defterlerde göze çarpmaktadır. Tespit edilen en mühim husus, Yozgat kültürünün Orta Asya Türk kültürünün devamı niteliğinde olduğudur. Kullanılan ev aletleri, yer isimleri, köy adları, unvan ve lakaplar bunun en açık delilidir. Bu makalede Kassam Defterleri\'ne dayanarak, 1881-1913 arası Yozgat kültürü ve idari yapısı hakkında bilgi sunulacaktır.

The Kassam Registers in Yozgat Şer\'iyye Records are important archive materials for Turkish culture and history. The history and culture of Yozgat are more noticeable in these registers. The most important matter determined is that the culture of Yozgat has been continuation of Central Asian culture. Domestic tools used, place names, family names and superscriptions prove this. In this article, information about the culture of Yozgat and the structure of administration in Yozgat based on the Kassam Registers between 1881-1913 will be presented.
