Çağdaş Türk Piyano Müziği, mesleki müzik eğitimi veren her kurumda, piyano eğitiminin her basamağında bulunması gereken önemli bir müzik türüdür. Bu makalede, müzik eğitimi bölümlerindeki piyano eğitiminde, Çağdaş Türk Piyano Müziği eserlerine verilen önemin yeterli düzeyde olmadığı vurgulanmakta ve bazı çözüm önerileri sunulmaktadır.

Contemporary Turkish Piano Music is an important kind of music which has to be present in all levels of piano education including every professional music school. In this article, it is emphasized that the level of importance given to Contemporary Turkish Piano Music pieces of art in the piano education in the departments of music education is not sufficient; in addition, some suggestions for solutions are introduced.
