Bu araştırma “etkililik, verimlilik ve memnuniyet” açısından Gazi Üniversitesi Türk Eğitim Bilimleri Dergisi iş süreçlerini çevrimiçi ortama taşıyan “Makale Takip” yazılımının kullanılabilirlik düzeyini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Örnek olay deseni kullanılarak tasarlanan araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak yazılımın etkililiği ve verimliliğinin ölçülmesinde gözlem, kullanıcı memnuniyetinin ölçülmesinde ise yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Deneysel işlem sırasında, araştırmacılar tarafından daha önce belirlenen ve Makale Takip uygulamasındaki temel işlevleri içeren 9 görevi katılımcıların tamamlamaları istenmiştir. During the procedures, the participants are required to complete 9 tasks which have been defined by the researchers before. The research results, completed by the participation of 9 Gazi University Gazi Faculty of Education academicians, show that the tasks\' average completion time is 98.33 seconds and average success score is 94.51. In addition, participants give 1.8 difficulty level for the use of the sofİnsan Bilgisayar Etkileşimi, Kullanılabilirlik, Etkililik, Verimlilik,Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Interface, Document Management Tam Metin
