The acute toxic effect of 2,4-D 82, 4-Dichlorofenoxyaceticacid) upon tench (Tinca tinca L., 1758)

Bu çalışmada tarımsal aktiviteler sonucu sucul ekosistemlere bulaşan 2,4-D (2,4-diklorofenoksiasetik asit) herbisitinin Tinea tınca L.,1758 üzerindeki 96 saatlik LC50 değeri saptanmıştır. Çalışma iki seri halinde sürdürülmüş ve 140 Tinea tinea L.,1758 bireyi kullanılmıştır. Veriler Düzgüneş'in probit analiz metoduyla istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiş ve Tinea tinea L.,1758 bireyleri için LCso değeri 41,76 mg/1 olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca 2,4-D denemesinden elde edilen bulgular Finney'in probit analiz metoduyla istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiş ve Tinea tinea L.,1758 için 96 saatlik LC5o değeri 42,46 mg/1 olarak bulunmuşrur.Behrens-Karber metoduyla da LC50 değeri 48 mg/1 olarak bulunmuştur.

2, 4-d (2,4-diklorofenoksiasetik asit herbisitinin Kadife Balığı (Tinca tinca L., 1758) üzerindeki akut toksik etkisi

96 hour LC50 values of 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorofenoxyacetic acid), a toxic herbicide which contaminates the aquatic ecosystem through agricultural activities, upon Tinea tinea L.,1758 in this study. The experiment was performed by the use of static test method of aquatic toxicity testing. The study was carried out in two stages using 140 Tinea tinea L.,1758. The data obtained were statistically tested by Duzgunes' probit analysis method and average LC50 value for the Tinea tinea L.,1758 was found to be 41.76 mg/1. Apart from that the findings obtained from 2,4-D trials were statistically evaluated by the use of by E.P.A Finney probit analysis method and 96 - hour LC5o value for Tinea tinea L.,1758 was found to be 42.46 mg/1. The LC50 value was obtained as 48 mg/1 by the use of Behrens-Karber method,
