Bu araştırmada; işgörenin işini zorlaştıran, fiziksel ve mental yüklenmelere neden olan değişkenler ile bu değişkenlerin temel bileşenleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Belirlenen iş güçlüğü boyutlarının iş doyumu, iş gerilimi ve örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; iş güçlüğünü oluşturan faktörlerin çok boyutlu olduğu saptanmıştır. Belirlenen boyutların, iş doyumu, iş gerilimi ve örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki etkisinin istatistiksel açıdan önemli olduğu görülmüştür.

In this research, the variables and their basic components that make worker's job difficult and bring about both physical and mental stresses have been tried to be determined. Job satisfaction and job tension of the determined job difficulty dimensions and their impacts on organizational commitment have been analyzed. According to results of the research, it is pointed out that the factors, causing job difficulties, are numerous. Job satisfaction and job tension of the determined dimensions and their impacts on organizational commitment have been considered important statistically.
