Bazı uyuşturucu maddelerin gaz kromatografik metotla tayini

Bu çalışmada, suistimal edilen 22 adet uyuşturucu maddenin kalitatif analizi, Varian 3400 gaz kromatografi cihazı ile megabor ve kapiler kolonlar ve alevde iyonlaştırma dedektörü (FID) kullanılarak, lanestrenol(LYN) iç standardı yanında gerçekleştirildi. Analizde toplam 48,5 dakika süren bir sıcaklık programı uygulanarak her bir maddenin ayrılması sağlanmaya çalışıldı. Girişimlerin karşılaşıldığı iki bölge için iki farklı sıcaklık programı uygulaması yapılarak, tayinler başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirildi.

Determination of some abused drugs by gas chromatographic method

In this study, 22 abused substances, with lynestrenol used as internal standard, were determined qualitatively with Varian 3400 gas chromatography which consisted of megabore and capillary columns linked to flame ionization detector. To do this, the substances were separated the total retantion time was 48.5 minutes. After that, for two interfering regions, two different oven temperature programs were programmed and succesively all the substances were determined qualitatively.
