Kimyasal bileşim ve soğuma hızının arayer atomu içermeyen mikroalaşım çeliklerinin mekanik özelliklerine etkisi

Bu çalışmada kimyasal bileşim ve soğuma hızının arayer atomu içermeyen mikroalaşım çeliklerinin mekanik özelliklerine etkisi altı çelik levha için deneysel olarak araştırılmıştır. 1050, 10 C de 15 dakika östenitleme işlemi uygulandıktan sonra farklı soğuma hızlarında soğutulan çeliklerin mikroyapılan ve akma davranışları incelenmiştir. Soğuma hızının düşmesi akma noktası uzamasını düşürerek sürekli akma davranışına sebep olmuştur. Yavaş soğuma süresince taneler büyüyerek, çeliklerin akma dayanımını düşürmüştür.

The effect of the chemical composition and cooling rate on the mechanical properties of interstitial free steels

In this work, the effect of the chemical composition and cooling rates on the mechanical properties of interstitial free steels was investigated experimentally for six grades of steel plate. The steels were austenitised at 1050, 10 °C for 15 minutes and then cooled at different cooling rates to investigate microstructure and yielding behaviour of interstitial free steels. Reducing the cooling rate reduces the yield point elongation and is conducive to continuous yielding. Grains are coarsening during slow cooling and thus decreasing the yield strength of the steels.
