Submandibular bezin castleman hastalığı

Castleman hastalığı (CH) veya anjiyofoliküler lenf nodu hiperplazisi lenf nodu hiperplazisine neden olan, nadir, benign, etyolojisi bilinmeyen bir hastalıktır. Bu hastalık, hekimlerin çoğu için teşhis ve tedavi yönünden bir ikileme neden olmaktadır. Hastalığın kesin tanısı için doku biyopsisi gereklidir. CH, submandibular bezi nadiren tutar. Boyun bölgesinde yerleşen solid formlarının tedavisi cerrahi eksizyondur. Bu makalede, 42 yaşında bir kadın hastada submandibular bez yerleşimli CH olgusu literatür gözden geçirilerek sunulmuştur. Castleman’s disease of submandibular gland

Castleman’s disease (CD), or angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia, is a rare, benign disease of unknown etiology giving rise to lymph node hyperplasia. This disease creates both diagnostic and therapeutic dilemmas for most physicians.Tissue biopsy is necessary for a definitive diagnosis. CD of the submandibular gland occurs very rarely. Surgery is the treatment of choice for the solitary form in the neck region. We present a 42 year-old woman with CD of submandibulargland together with the review of the literature.
