Pierre Robin sendromlu (Sekanslı) yenidoğanda anestezi indüksiyonunda gözlenen havayolu problemi

Pierre Robin sendromu olan yarık damaklı 10 günlük yenidoğanda gözlenen solunum ve beslenme güçlüğü nedeniyle düzeltici cerrahi öncesi genel anestezi altında dilin dudağa dikilmesi planlandı. Bu olgu sunumunda hava yolu açıklığının sağlanmasında ve devamında ortaya çıkan güçlüklerin sunulması amaçlandı

Airway difficulty during anesthesia induction of a newborn with Pierre Robin syndrome (Sequence)

10-day old infant with cleft palate was scheduled for suturing of the tongue to the lower lip under general anesthesia because of the difficulty in feeding and respiration prior to corrective surgery. In this case report, difficulty in providing and maintaining the airway was presented.
