Nonkardiyojenik pulmoner ödem: Olgu sunumu

Pulmoner ödem birçok nedene bağlı olarak ortaya çıkabilen alveolar boslukta ve interstisyumda asırı derecede sıvı birikimi ile karakterize bir tablo olup akut kötülesen çocuklarda sık görülen bir problemdir. Öncelikle pulmoner ödem tablosunun kardiyojenik mi nonkardiyojenik mi olduğunu tanımlamak farklı tedavi yaklasımları kullanıldığından uygun ve etkin bir tedavi için gereklidir. Hipertansif ensefalopati atağı sonrası nonkardiyojenik akciğer ödemi tablosuna girmis olgumuzda dikkati çekmek istediğimiz nokta erken santral venöz moniterizasyon ile bu ayrımı yapmayı kolaylastırarak tedavide sol ventrikül ön yükünü arttıracak uygun sıvı desteği ile ventilasyonu sağlama gerekliliğidir.

Noncardiogenic pulmonary edema: Case report

Pulmonary edema is a common problem in the acutely ill child and is characterized by excessive accumulation of fluid in the air spaces and interstitium. The primary determination that must be made at the outset is whether the category of edema is cardiogenic or non-cardiogenic. We describe a case of noncardiogenic pulmonary edema after hypertensive encephalopathy treatment focusing on fluid resuscitation to increase left ventricular preload with central venous monitoring and ventilatory support.
