Biseps oluğunda lipoma arboresens olgusunun MRG bulguları

Lipoma Arboresens literatürde omuz ekleminde ve özellikle de biseps oluğunda çok nadir olarak bildirilmiştir. Sinovial dokunun villöz lipomatöz proliferasyonu ile karakterizedir. Genellikle tek taraflı olarak diz ekleminde karşımıza çıkar ve manyetik rezonans görüntülemede (MRG) karakteristik bulguları ile kolaylıkla tanı alır. Bu sunumuzda humerusta biseps oluğu içerisinde yerleşim gösteren bir lipoma arboresens olgusunu MRG bulguları ile birlikte sunmaktayız.

MR imaging of lipoma arborescens of the biceps groove

Lipoma arborescens of the shoulder joint, particularly the biceps groove, is rarely reported. It is characterized by villous lipomatous proliferation of the synovial tissue. It usually involves the knee joint and can be successfully diagnosed based on characteristic MR imaging findings. This paper presents a case of lipoma arborescens of the humerus biceps groove with the findings of MR imaging.
