Arcus aorta'dan çıkan arteria vertebralis varyasyonu: İki olgu sunumu
Gazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi Anabilim Dalı'nda günümüze dek yapılan diseksiyonlarda iki erkek kadavrada sol tarafta a.vertebralis'in doğrudan arcus aorta'dan çıktığı saptandı. Olgulardan biri 62, diğeri 80 yaşındaydı. Normalde her iki tarafta da a.subclavia'dan çıkan a.vertebralis, bu olgularda sağda a.subclavia'dan normal yerinden çıkarken, solda arcus aorta'dan çıkmaktaydı.
Vertebral artery originating from the aortic arch: Two case reports
During anatomic dissections of the cervical region, two vertebral artery anomalies were found in 62- and 80-ycar-old male cadavers. The left vertebral artery originated directly from the aortic arch. The origin of the right vertebral artery and the course of both vertebral arteries after their origins were normal. Such a variation should be kept in mind during surgical procedures and diagnostic or interventional radiological applications in this region.
